By accessing or using Tradies.Dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Tradies.Dev provides marketing automation tools and services designed for contractors and tradespeople. This includes but is not limited to: website development, missed call text-back systems, lead management, and marketing campaign tools.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tradies.Dev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tradies.Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Results may vary and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our marketing tools.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
